I had a really great experience here. The food was delicious, and the pizza was the highlight of the meal. It had a unique flavor that really stood out, perfectly balanced with fresh toppings and a beautifully baked crust.
We also tried the pasta and salad, which were both solid and complemented the meal nicely. Everything felt fresh and well-prepared.
The service was good as well, friendly and attentive without being overbearing, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable.

What a great place to eat! We went two days in a row because it was so delicious 😋 that we wanted to try something else on the menu the 2nd day! Ethan was an excellent 👏 waiter that explained the menu and made his recommendations. My wife and I shared two different wood fire oven pizzas the 1st day. Belgio Dulce and the Ms. Piggy and they were nothing like any pizza that I had in my life. My daughter and friend joined us on the 2nd day for Lunch. Myself and my daughter's friend had the smoked salmon sandwich. Delicious! My wife had the lasagna. Daughter had the spaghetti and meatballs. We were all amazed and very satisfied with the food and friendly service. We will definitely be going back on our next time through Flagstaff.

Started with the Wood Fired Stracciatella
(House-made mozzarella, sweet cream, ricotta, sea salt. Served with house crostini, EVOO, honey balsamic reduction, cracked pepper $14.5). Didn’t honestly understand all of that menu description, but very glad we went ahead 😋 Pizza and dessert calzone rounded out our meal with plenty of pizza to bring home!

I had the BEST GF pizza. It set the standard for all other pizza. My husband like pizza with meat but this time he order the shrimp, pesto and a spicy red pepper. BEST Pizza he ever ate. Service was also very good. I am sad that it is so far from home.

The pizza was so unique. The chicken parm was sooo good served in a cast iron sizzling hot that was my favorite definitely recommend. Also the itailian soda was delicious although wish there was more of it and less ice.

Little bit of a wait but well worth it. The pizza was amazing and the service the same. We also got dessert which was very delicious. I see why this place is so popular. Only drawback was the tiny round table we were given, but the food was so good I can’t score them down for it. Wish I lived here, I’d eat it every week lol

We tried going twice when we were in town, but both days were booked. Tons of people and hours long wait. We finally decided to go for lunch on a Monday instead of during the weekend and we succeeded. Our waiter Ethan was very knowledgeable of the menu and gave us his recommendations. The Belgio Dolce Pizza had a smokey rich flavor and the Marmalade pizza was sweet and savory. I recommend you share pizzas so you can try multiple ones if you have a large party. The goat cheese bruschetta was delicious. The kids got some dough to play with at the table which was very fun for them. Overall great experience. Parking is tricky when they’re packed.

My experience at Fat Olives was an absolute 10/10 from the moment I walked through the door. The ambiance is incredibly lively and welcoming, making it the perfect spot for a high-energy meal in Flagstaff. I have to give a huge shout-out to the staff; the servers are not only well-groomed and professional, from the beautiful ladies to the handsome guys on the team, their customer service is truly top-tier. They were attentive, friendly, and kept the vibe upbeat throughout the entire visit.
As for the food, every single item we ordered was perfection. Whether it was the authentic wood-fired crust or the fresh toppings, the quality is undeniably 10/10. We also caught their happy hour, which absolutely rocked and offered some of the best value I've seen in town. For the level of quality you're getting, the prices are extremely reasonable. There is honestly nothing I could find to give them anything less than a perfect score, Fat Olives is easily one of the best dining experiences in the city.

I am vegan and this place delivered. If you’re passing through Flagstaff and need an excellent vegan meal, the pizza here was among the best I’ve ever had. The sauce was flavorful and plentiful, the crust was cooked perfectly with just the bit of char it needs to give it a crunchy crust while still being soft enough to fold.
Leon, our server, was maybe the best part of the experience as he demonstrated kindness and competence in expertly guiding us through the vegan menu options, even surprising us with a vegan sorbet to end to meal.
If I am ever back in northern Arizona I will make it a point to come back here, and tourists and residents alike should be eating here as often as possible.

Fantastic pizza! This place serves some of the best pizza I have ever had. I forgot the Shrimp Fra Diavola. It was spicy, and the Calabrian chilies were fantastic. The light green pesto sauce as tasty, the shrimps were cooked to perfection, well seasoned, and slightly spicy. The house made chili oil just added the extra flair that took it over the top. I will go here every time I visit. The wait staff was attentive, friendly, and constantly checking to make sure everything was great.
